Emirates Islamic’s card member understands and acknowledges that this is an airport transfer service offered by Emirates Islamic will be performed by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider and Emirates Islamic are independent contractors to each other and Emirates Islamic will not have any liability at any time towards the card member for any claims, losses that Emirates Islamic’s card member may have against the Service Provider for the services rendered by it to Emirates Islamic’s card member.
